  Throughout the process, the team was not pushy but did followup and remain engaged with me. They heard my cost concerns and worked on options for me based on my budget.
  Finally, they were supportive and communicative throughout the process of delivery and setup of the spa. I did have some manufacturer and electrician issues (Listen to Backyard Masters about the importance of a knowledgeable electrician)! Backyard Masters and their technician were with me the entire way to troubleshoot my issues, and get my spa completely up and running.
  Now that I have been with my spa for about a month, I feel even better about my decision to buy through Backyard Masters. I know that they will be there to support me with any concerns, and they have proven themselves to be wonderful, honest, trustworthy people.

  Backyards Masters have unique items that are cost effective and will make your backyard pop. Our backyard is pretty big and we didn’t really know exactly where to start/design it. The staff is great. Sales Rep Rich was great help with hubby. Dino and Elise was so helpful with giving us ideas n the store had a great selection to choose from.
  I fell in love with the Pawbana outdoor pet bed. My dog does not like laying on the floor. The Pawbana pet bed gives her shade from the sun and just the right amount of lift from the floor. The inventor explained it doesn’t rust. Now my baby have a matching day bed (see pics). I will give an updated review after pool and sauna is installed.
